wonderful experience!
comfy bed pleasant staff excel centre
the location is excellent for events at the excel centre and offers easy access to the dlr station. my room had a comfy bed and a nice seating area! the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially in providing directions.
the dock area near the yacht had some litter and i noticed a few people lurking around at night. this made walking back to the hotel a bit unsettling.

The staff offered quick assistance with check-in and luggage handling. they were available at the front desk 24/7. the concierge provided helpful information about local transportation options. i felt welcomed .

slow check-in moldy duvet
the location was convenient for getting to the excel centre.
Check-in took over 20 minutes. I watched as other guests who arrived later were served first (it was frustrating). the double bed was two single mattresses pushed together. the duvet had what looked like mold on it.

Really good Stay on the Water
clean room generous size attentive service
i found the room impeccably clean. the size of the room, a classic king room river view, was quite generous and well-appointed. i especially appreciated the attentive service from the staff throughout my stay.
i noticed that some areas showed minor wear and tear (specifically a bit of peeling wallpaper in the bathroom).

the hotel is conveniently located near the excel centre, providing easy access. the dlr station is also a short walk away, made travel to other parts of the city very manageable. i enjoyed the unique setting on the water.
